Leinster Poc Fada 2013

Leinster GAA Provincial Poc Fada Final

The Leinster Poc Fada competition will be an “on the road event” held at St.Mullins Co. Carlow, on 11th July 2013 starting at 6.30pm. The course will be approximately 5Km in length. Representatives from the twelve Leinster Counties are invited to participate. Counties are requested to send one representative at adult Level and one representative at U-16 level.

The Leinster Camogie Poc Fada Final will be held on Saturday 29th June, venue and time TBC. (See link below for Dublin Camogie).


Dublin Camogie County Poc Fada Finals

Dublin Camogie are holding an Under 14 Poc Fada competition along with the Senior County Final on Friday 28th June in the Phoenix Park at 7.00pm. 

Please send one representative from your club to take part in the U14 competition and one representative to take part in the Senior competition. Players must wear correct camogie attire, skort, Jersey, socks etc.

Dublin GAA County Poc Fada Finals

Beann Eadair CLG situated on the picturesque Howth/Sutton peninsula will host the 2013 Dublin senior qualifying poc fada competition this Friday 28th June at 7pm.

The challenging inaugural course will run for 3km across the Hill of Howth from Contemplation Hill across the Bog of Frogs over the peak in Howth and down to the Beann Eadair club located on the northern side of the mountain.

Spectators will be guided to vantage points on the mountain to view the action below and welcome to join the entertainment in the club afterwards.

Kildare GAA County Poc Fada Finals

The Kildare County Poc Fada Finals were held at Maynooth GAA grounds on Wednesday June 12th

St. Mullins was the venue for the Poc Fada Ceatharloch for Senior & Under 16 Hurlers and Senior Camogie on Monday evening 24th June. Awating information and results.

Kilkenny GAA County Poc Fada Finals

Kilkenny GAA County Poc Fada Finals for Seniors were held on Wednesday 12th June in Nowlan Park.

In all, 11 clubs participated – Carrigeen, Conahy, Dicksboro, Fenians, Galmoy, Graigue Ballycallan, James Stephens, Kilmacow, O’Loughlins, Windgap and Young Irelands.
